Seems these blogs are a little more appropriate for musing and race reports as the time to write up blogs is too time consuming for me.
Anyway - Had an amazing, life event last November in Texas running trails with one of the greatest ultra runners in the world and a plethora of other elites! I was in awe for the entire weekend. Mike Morton, Marshall Ulrich, Dominic Grossman, Liza Howard, Pam Smith, Notorious Race Directors Joe and Joyce Prusitas, Matt Hart, Joe and Alison Bryant, Ultra Nutritionist Sunny Blende, David James...I was in awe.
Morning run, eat, learn, short break and repeat two more times. And hills, lots of wonderful hills to run; though the terrain was often very technical with loose sharp rocks covering much of the hillside.
